We believe that no one cares about our cabinetry as much as we do; this is why we prefer to provide installation services for you. Our installers are some of the best in the industry and truly care about your project. Our installers will always show respect to you and your home. The installation process will cause dust and possibly some restrictions in access to the area being worked in. As discussed in the contract, SJM may provide temporary walls made of plastic sheeting to avoid spreading the dust to other areas of your home if necessary.
During the installation process in new construction we may have to work around other trades’ schedules. We will coordinate with your builder or general contractor to help this process run as efficiently as possible. Once we have installed our cabinetry and moldings we may have to come back for a “second trim”. This is typically done after the flooring, countertops, etc. are installed. This allows us to provide the final touches such as additional moldings or installation steps that could not be completed at the time of the original install.
Once the installation is complete the remaining balance of your order will be due. We ask that you walk through the finished areas to ensure that you are not only satisfied but that we have exceeded your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied we ask that you contact us right away so that we can make it right.
